Exhibit space is available free of charge for our paid Associate Members. New Vendors and non-members (as of June 1, 2018) may reserve a booth for $550/table. Previous vendor participants needing to renew their membership may reserve a booth at $450/table (the cost of membership renewal). Please reserve your booth early to ensure booth availability—booths sell-out quickly!
Vendors will be provided a 6-foot table for tabletop exhibits. Additional fees may apply for power and/or internet access. Vendors who would like to attend the conference, must register separately for the conference and pay the applicable conference fee. In past years over 800 managers and management executives have attended this event!
NEW THIS YEAR! In response to vendor feedback, this year we have arranged to have tables available for vendors outside the main meeting rooms all day during sessions on November 14th. If you would like to have one of these tables, so indicate when reserving your vendor exhibition booth. These daytime booths are limited and only available to vendors participating in the Vendor Exhibition; there is no additional fee to reserve one! Unfortunately, lunch is not included for daytime vendor participants as our conference typically sells-out and we simply do not have space to accommodate additional people at the lunch. Of course, as always, our vendors are invited to fully participate/enjoy food/beverages at the evening reception/vendor exhibition.
Vendors shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Holiday Inn, its owners or managers, which results from any act or omission of Vendor. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Vendor’s use of the property. Vendor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Vendor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Vendor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.
